See Ya Later Alligator

There is a large gator (8_10 ft.) in the pond inside gate 21. It is aggressive and may be guarding a nest or young gators. Be very vigilant if you are fishing in that lake. PLEASE do not antagonize this gator and remember it is unlawful to kill a gator out of season.

The Board recommends you choose a different lake for a while. Game wardens will be looking for the gator soon trying to determine why it is being aggressive.

Thanks
Chap

No HWY 69 Hunting

Currently there is no hunting on the areas off of Highway 69. Due to right of way litigation between the current owner and adjacent neighbors these areas are no longer available to us at the present time. If and when these become available once again, an announcement will be made. Thank you for you for your understanding and cooperation.
